CHART MBR / SEC 40 / THE SPRINT

The £400 AI Visibility Sprint

Seven days, one fixed fee, and a dated answer to a question most Teesside firms have never checked. When a buyer asks an assistant who does this work around here, does your name come up?

Book the Sprint

£400 fixed, agreed in writing before any work begins.

Fixed in advance

What the £400 fee commits me to

£400

Total fee. Not a starting point, not an estimate.

FIXED
7

Days from start to delivered report.

FIXED
5

Fixes shipped to your site, not listed as recommendations.

FIXED

All three are commitments I am making. That is what FIXED means here. If scope changes because your situation turns out to be materially different, I say so before starting rather than invoicing the difference afterwards.

The seven days, in order

What happens across the week

  1. Baseline

    DAYS 1 TO 2 FIXED

    Ask, record, date everything.

I put the questions your buyers would actually ask to ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot, and record verbatim what each one returns. Whether you are named, whether a competitor is named, and whether the assistant declines to name anyone are all meaningful and all recorded.

  2. Diagnosis

    DAYS 3 TO 4 FIXED

Work out why the answer looks like that.

Crawler access, page structure, how extractable your core facts are, and whether anything independent corroborates what your site claims. This is where the reason for the baseline becomes clear.

  3. Five fixes

    DAYS 5 TO 6 FIXED

    Shipped, not recommended.

The five changes judged most likely to move the answer, made rather than listed. Typically that means lifting buried capability detail onto a real page, correcting structured data, fixing crawler access, and rewriting a key page so its central facts can be extracted cleanly.

  4. Report and re-check date

    DAY 7 FIXED

A date, in writing, not a follow up call.

The short report lands with a stated date for re-running the same queries. Running identical questions against a changed site is the only honest way to see whether the work did anything.

Stated limits

What the Sprint does not do

It does not guarantee that any assistant will name you afterwards. No supplier controls that. A fixed fee cannot buy an outcome that is not for sale.

It is not a full technical SEO audit. It looks at the technical picture only where that picture is the reason an assistant cannot use your site.

It is not a content programme. Five fixes is a genuine, deliberate limit, not an opening position that expands once you are committed.

If what you need is sustained work across a large site, the honest recommendation is the retainer, and I will say so during the Sprint rather than after it.

Who it suits

Who this is genuinely for

  • A Teesside firm that suspects it is invisible to AI assistants and wants that confirmed or ruled out cheaply.
  • A business that has been pitched an expensive retainer and wants an independent read before committing.
  • A marketing lead who needs something dated and concrete to take to a board rather than a vendor's opinion.
  • Anyone who has been burned by an agency that delivered a large document and no shipped changes.

It suits you less well if your site is mid rebuild. The baseline would measure something about to be replaced.

Questions asked before booking

Frequently asked questions

What do I physically receive at the end of the Sprint?

A short written report with dated transcripts of what each assistant said about your business and your sector, a plain list of the five fixes made, and the date of the re-check. It is deliberately short because a forty page audit nobody reads is a way of looking busy.

Why five fixes rather than a full list of everything wrong?

A long list of recommendations you have to implement yourself is where most audits quietly die. Five is a number I can actually ship inside a fixed fee. It forces prioritisation onto the things most likely to matter.

Do I have to continue onto a retainer afterwards?

No. The Sprint is deliberately built as a complete piece of work with a defined end, not a qualifying call with an invoice attached. Plenty of people take the report, act on it themselves, and that is a legitimate outcome.

What if the Sprint finds that everything is already fine?

Then you have paid a fixed fee to find that out. That is a reasonable use of £400 and far cheaper than a year of a retainer you did not need. It is rare and I will say so plainly rather than manufacture work.

Can you do this for a business outside Middlesbrough?

Yes. The method is not geographically specific and the delivery is remote anyway. The reason this site is about Middlesbrough and Teesside is that the sector knowledge is, not that the technique stops working elsewhere.
